1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the rallystreamwink.art website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to severe weather or safety conditions. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must be 16 years or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants must complete a health disclosure form prior to their session.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety or experience of other guests.

5. Liability

Participation in floating sauna and wellness activities carries inherent risks. By booking a session, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold rallystreamwink.art harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

rallystreamwink.art is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Secure storage is available at our welcome center.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of rallystreamwink.art and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Oregon.
